Welcome to our juice family – We are so glad you have made the investment to receive a recurring raw juice subscription. Sticking to a juice routine is a great habit for your health and we aim to make it easier by delivering straight to your door on a regular basis.

Below you will find all the information you need on our JUICESCRIPTION, from how to alter your order, how to skip a delivery or add changes.

• Your subscription email

Upon checkout, you will receive an email with the subject line, “Your The Juice Works account has been created.” This email will contain a link to your custom ordering portal, as well as your username and your automatically generated password.

IMPORTANT: Please save that link to your dashboard or somewhere you can easily access it.

• Once Inside Your Custom Ordering Portal, You Can:

  • Add and cancel products
  • Edit your delivery schedule
  • Update your address
  • Manage your subscription
  • Update billing information
  • View your ordering history

• How to Add a Juice To Your Subscription

You can log into your dashboard anytime, by clicking  the little silhouette at the top right hand corner of the website. Once inside your dashboard you have the option to upgrade or downgrade your order.
