We juice Monday, Tuesday and Thursday only. No juicing during weekends or bank holidays. Remember our juices are suitable for home freezing, so if you wish to start a cleanse on a Monday morning or weekend, you can order early the previous week and freeze it until you are ready to start. Orders must be in by 8pm the night before production as we only order the exact amount of stock we need for the following day. Please note Monday is our busiest day and often we are fully booked a few days in advance. For this reason, we recommend you place your order earlier rather than later.

We recommend you plan your delivery for the day before you wish to start.

Please note we need a minimum of 24 hour notice to produce your order.
So any orders that arrive for example by Monday 8pm, will be made on Tuesday and will be ready for collection on Tuesday afternoon or will be available for delivery on Wednesday with DPD.

Order until Sunday 8pm – Monday production – Tuesday delivery by DPD (8am-5pm)

You can pay online with credit card via stripe. If collecting you can pay cash at our premises. The cost for national next day delivery is €10 for anything up to 32 bottles (which is the most we can fit in a cooler box). We use DPD for our shipments. Please note we have no control of the time of delivery, however DPD does send a text/email the morning of delivery giving an hour window. If you do not receive said text/email get in touch with us ASAP so we can chase it.

All of our juice is made-to-order in limited quantities, therefore, juice cleanses and packages must be pre-ordered online or over the phone 24 hours in advance. We don’t mass produce. We are a small artisan business and we take zero food waste very seriously. If we don’t receive orders then we don’t order stock unnecessarily.

Did you know we have been chosen as Ireland’s GREENEST company due to our zero waste policy?

Yes. We must ensure the freshness of our juice, and leaving the juice on a doorstep can severely compromise the quality, temperature and safety of your juice. Please choose a delivery time frame that works best for you or maybe opt for collection if that allows more flexibility. We use DPD for shipping. They will email/text you a delivery estimated time.

Most juices in shops are pasteurized to reduce pathogens, either through flash-pasteurization, a process that heats the juice to high temperatures, or a more recently introduced method, high-pressure processing (HPP), which uses high pressure to achieve the same end. The drawback is that both methods basically sterilize the juice, destroying live enzymes and nutrients, and minimizing flavour. ENZYMES are the one thing we want to get lots of it (so our skin looks young and radiant for ever) but this is only possible via RAW fruit and vegetables. Heat kills the enzymes. Our juices are alive, raw, with no chemicals added.

The juices are fresh for up to 5 days from production day. Please refrigerate your juices as soon as you get them. Always freeze those juices you are not going to drink, ideally on the day on which you receive them or at latest, by the ‘use by date’ date on the lid. Juices can be kept frozen for up to 4 months.

This is a sign that there are no chemicals added to the product. Only raw juice separates. Just give it a shake!

Our cleanses are designed to give your digestive system a break by removing toxins and replenishing it with nutrients. Losing weight is not the goal. That said, many people will see some weight loss, so if you are trying to lose weight, a cleanse can be a great way to kickstart a new healthier lifestyle.

Definitely, just try to be gentle with yourself. You are still getting nutrition, but it is wise to skip high intensity sessions while on a cleanse. You will most likely find that you have lots of energy and if you so desire, go for a light jog or power walk. Low impact exercise classes such as Yoga and Pilates are ideal.

Our cleanses are designed for all healthy people There are however, certain individuals who should not undertake a cleanse. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should not restrict your diet to liquids, as you need extra calories and nutrients in your diet. Always consult with your doctor if your juices are right for you. That said, adding our cold pressed juices to your regular diet while breastfeeding or pregnant will give you the added nourishment your body so desperately needs during that time.

YES, YES AND YES! Nutrition in children is my passion. Since becoming a parent I’m even more aware of how overfed but undernourished our kids are. And yes, I get it, they can be fussy eaters! I know this first hand as my 7 year old is vegan ( just by choice) and will not eat anything cooked! So for me juicing has becoming an amazing tool that allows me to ensure he gets all the nutrients he needs for proper development. Our goal is simple. We aim to create delicious juices that both you and your kids will love.

This depends on what you would like to achieve by undertaking a cleansing programme. If the thought of going without chewing for 5 days scares you, then try the 1 day cleanse and see how you find it. The 3 day detox is always the most popular one: not too short, not too long. You always want to plan your cleanse for a period of time where you can make your body your top priority (weekend, bank holiday, a day off from work). Listen to your body. If you are inexperienced, we recommend starting with our 1 day cleanse and if you sail through it, give the 3 day cleanse a go next time.
